DAY 1: MEETING AND DEPARTURE
Meeting and departure in front of
tempotour
at 23:00 p.m. Arriving Blacksea Coast Road via Kirikkale / Corum /
Sungurlu / Samsun way with having necesarry breaks.
DAY 2: UNYE-CAKIRTEPE-ORDU-GIRESUN-TRABZON-SUMELA MONASTERY-UZUNGOL
After
breakfast in Unye early in the morning, driving to Macka –
Cosandere through Ordu, Giresun and Trabzon. Having lunch at
Cosandere Hotel Restaurant lunch will be prepared by Salim Usta who
is famous all over the world by his dishes. After lunch, driving to
Sumela Monestry in Altindere Valley National Park. After visiting
the monastery, taking a road to Uzungol. Check-in Uzungol Inan
Bungalows then free time in Uzungol. Dinner and accommodation at
UZUNGOL INAN BUNGALOWS. This establishment consists of wooden
bungalows which all rooms have own WC and shower.
DAY 3: UZUNGOL HIGHLANDS
After
breakfast, the guide will determine the route according to the
weather conditions. You can be sure about the truest desicion of
guide who knows the whole region very well. We have some choices:
1-Salimodi
and Lisura Highlands
2-Lustra,
Karestel Highlands
3-Haldizen
Valley, Fish Lake, Aygir Lake
Driving up to the highlands by midibuses-minibuses and making a
short walk. In this tour, walking is not bound. If you do not walk,
you can reach by minibuses-midibuses to the end of the route. Lunch
as barbeque today. Then back to Uzungol. Dinner and accommodation at
Uzungol INAN BUNGALOWS.
DAY 4:FINDIKLI CAGLAYAN VALLEY-ARHAVI DUAL BRIDGE-KAMILET VALLEY-MENCUNA
WATERFALL- HOPA
After
breakfast, departure from Uzungol. Visiting hazelnut grove and tea
gardens inFindikli Caglayan Village and getting the informations
about them. Kemer Bridge and village houses will be visiting then
driving to Dual Bridge by minibuses-midibuses from Arhavi. The view
of the area is perfect with Dual Bridge which is guessed as at least
it is over four hundreds years old. Then entering Kamilet Valley by
minibuses-midibuses. It can be seen only the forest and sky during
the walking. We will be excited to see when we are closer to Mecnuna
Waterfall. The waterfall is hidden by forest. Until we arrive, we
can not see the waterfall. Walking will be on a path and to up. It
is not a easy walking but you will see that worth. About 40-45
minutes, we arrive to the waterfall. The height of the waterfall is
90 meters (people from the village said that they measured it before
and they are sure about the height of it). It’s said that the the
highest waterfall of Blacksea. However, it is not matter in the face
of the image numbers. Let us enjoy the beauty of nature. There can
be a small lake at the foot of the face. If your swimsuites are on
your side, you can swim. However, do not forget about the coldness
of the water.
Back
from the same path to the minibuses-midibuses. First we arrive to
Arhavi then driving to Hopa. Accommodation and dinner at (PERONTI
HOTEL)(***) in Hopa.
DAY 5:CANKURTARAN PASS-BORCKA-CORUH RIVER-MURATLI DAM-BORCKA KARAGOL-AYDER
HIGHLAND
After
breakfast, departure by bus. Then having a little break on
Cankurtaran Pass, viewing the landscape. Then driving to Borcka and
departure by minibuses-midibuses to Borcka-Karagol (Dark Lake). For
a while, Coruh River and Muratli Dam Lake which is on the river, Karagol
is one of the most beautiful points of the region. There is an
elusive chance to take a photo. After a short walking around the
lake, driving back Borcka. From Borcka driving to Camlıhemsin.
Having a short break later, driving up to Ayder and check-in the
hotel. Then visiting Ayder by walking. Accommodation and dinner at
SIS HOTEL in Ayder.
DAY 6:FIRTINA VALLEY-SENYUVA(CINCIVA) BRIDGE-ZILKALE-PALOVIT VALLEY
AND WATERFALL-CAT VILLAGE -ELEVIT HIGHLAND
After
breakfast, driving to Firtina Valley by minibuses-midibuses. Along
Firtina Valley; visiting Senyuva(Cinciva) Kemer Bridge and Zilkale.
Then driving to Cat Village. After an hour walking, having lunch as
barbeque. After having lunch visitin Elevit Highland by walking. On
return, visiting Palovit Valley and visiting Palovit Waterfall. A
short walking in Ayder with people who wants to walk and back Ayder.
Accommodation and dinner at SIS HOTEL in Ayder.
(Next
day we will go to Kayabasi Highland. Since the bus can not be
driving up to the Kayabasi, we need to put necessary things to a
little bag fort his night.)
DAY 7:CAMLIHEMSIN-AKCAABAT-KAYABASI HIGHLAND
After
breakfast, having a little break in Camlihemsin and driving to
Kayabasi Highland. Driving by bus until Trabzon Isikli and after
driving to the highland by minibuses. After we arrive, having lunch,
then walking to Liser Highland by walking on paths trough the forest.
People who do not want to walk, can stay in Kayabasi and have a
rest. The stage is wonderful. After visiting the highland, back to
the hotel. Return trip takes 1.5 hour by walking. Accommodation and
dinner at KAYABASI HIGHLAND HOUSES.
DAY 8: BACK WAY
Today
waking up earlier and after having breakfast, driving to Isikli by
minibuses-midibuses. After shopping regional products near
Vakfikebir, having lunch in Ordu-Unye. As lunch we have Karadeniz
Pidesi. Then driving to Ankara. Arriving in Ankara about 21.00.
SERVICES INCLUDED:
Transportation by bus, Accommodation at hotels and bungalows(6-night), breakfast (7), lunches (6), dinners (6), transfers to highlands by minibuses, TRAVEL INSURANCE, guiding services, VAT.
SERVICES EXLUDED:
First day breakfast, last day lunch and dinner, all drinks, entrance fees of museums.
NECESSARY EQUIPMENTS : Good, light hiking boots (used ones are prefered), rain coat, (poncho is prefered), comfortable cotton clothes, considering to cold weather jumper might be needed, hat, gloves, little backpack, extra underwear and clothes, extra socks and shoes or boots, slippers, sun care cream, camera, battery, memory stick, charger, spare film. |
